nDSG (Switzerland) and GDPR (EU/EEA) — tracking only after consent.

1. Controller

The controller for personal data on the SwissApply platform is:

Hoti Enterprise
Ilir Hoti
Schächlistrasse 6
8953 Dietikon
Schweiz
UID/VAT: CHE-332.771.273
Email: hello@swissapply.com

SwissApply is the public brand of this sole proprietorship. There is no establishment in the EU. For people in the EEA we are reachable under GDPR Art. 3(2) at the contact details above.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

  • Identity and account data (name, email, phone, nationality, residence, profile)
  • Application files (CV, qualifications, interview data)
  • Company data of partners (legal name, UID, canton, contacts)
  • Payment status via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Technical data (IP address, time, browser, language, logs)
  • Cookie and consent records (your analytics and marketing choice)

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to run the platform, keep accounts, pre-screen applications, make introductions, take payment, meet legal duties and — only with consent — measure reach and advertising.

In Switzerland we rely on the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG). For people in the EU/EEA we also rely on GDPR Art. 6: contract (1)(b), legal obligation (c), legitimate interests in a secure service (f), and consent for optional cookies and marketing (a). You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.

4. Candidate pool and partners

A professional profile is shown to verified Swiss companies or staffing agencies only if you expressly consent. Contact details are not published automatically. Introductions go through SwissApply. Partners do not receive a public CV dump.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe as controller or processor depending on the operation. Stripe's own privacy notice applies. SwissApply receives payment status, not your full card number.

6. Cookies and tracking

Necessary cookies (session, security, language, storing your cookie choice) are required to run the site and are set without optional consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies and pixels — including tools used for advertising in the EU — load only after you opt in. Without consent, that tracking does not run. You can reject optional cookies in one click. The choice lasts about 180 days and can be changed via “Cookie settings”.

After you consent to analytics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). The googletagmanager.com/gtag/js script is not loaded without your consent. Withdrawal applies going forward; you can also delete analytics cookies in your browser.

7. Recipients

Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, email and payment providers, IT support we engage, and — only under this notice — verified partners. We disclose data to authorities where we are legally required to do so.

8. Transfers abroad

Servers and providers may be in Switzerland, the EEA or a country with an adequacy decision. Where there is no adequacy decision we use appropriate safeguards (in particular standard contractual clauses) where the law requires it.

9. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, statutory retention (including accounting) or to defend legal claims. You can generally delete an account or withdraw an application; mandatory archives remain.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and withdrawal of consent. Contact hello@swissapply.com. We may ask for proof of identity.

11. Complaints

Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). EU/EEA: you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your place of residence, work or alleged infringement.

12. Changes

We may update this notice if the service or the law changes. The version published on the website applies. Last updated: 19 September 2026.
